ResQMesh firmware

1. Use. The ResQMesh firmware is distributed in binary form, free of charge, for
   the boards it is built for (Heltec Wireless Tracker, LilyGO T-Deck Plus,
   LilyGO T-Echo Plus, Seeed SenseCAP T1000-E). Anyone may download it, install
   it on the boards they own and use it, also within public, volunteer or
   professional services, at no cost.

2. Limits. The firmware may not be sold, nor distributed in modified form under
   the ResQMesh or Railab names. The source code of the parts written by Railab
   is not published.

3. Third-party components. The firmware contains components by others, under
   their own licences, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md with their full texts in
   the licenses folder. Nothing in this licence limits the rights those licences
   give, in particular, for the parts under the GNU Lesser General Public
   License, the right to modify them, to relink the firmware with the modified
   versions and to reverse engineer the firmware to debug such modifications.
   The written offer for the material needed to relink is in
   THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

4. No warranty. The firmware is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
   express or implied. Railab Srl is not liable for any damage arising from its
   use, to the extent permitted by law. ResQMesh is a communication aid; it is
   not a certified safety or emergency device and does not replace the
   official emergency services. The user is responsible for using frequencies,
   power and modes allowed by the rules in force and by their licence.
