FishTank mostra l'Acquario AI del laboratorio Railab: una vasca gestita da un agente software modulare. È una dimostrazione tecnologica, gratuita.
1. Chi siamo
FishTank è un'app di Railab S.r.l., Via Adolfo Ferrata 2, 25123 Brescia, P.IVA IT03984120984, [email protected]. Queste condizioni valgono per l'app su iPhone e iPad. Usando l'app le accetti.
2. Cosa fa l'app
Senza accesso l'app mostra in sola lettura i valori della vasca, l'andamento delle ultime 24 ore, lo stato dei dispositivi, gli allarmi e l'immagine della telecamera. I dati sono quelli rilevati dai sensori e possono essere incompleti, in ritardo o temporaneamente non disponibili.
3. Accesso del personale
Comandi e impostazioni sono riservati al personale autorizzato da Railab, con credenziali personali. Le credenziali non si cedono ad altri. Ogni accesso e ogni modifica sono registrati a nome di chi li fa (vedi l'informativa sulla privacy). Railab può sospendere o revocare un accesso in qualunque momento.
4. Licenza d'uso
Railab ti concede una licenza personale, gratuita, non esclusiva e revocabile per usare l'app sui tuoi dispositivi. L'app, il nome FishTank e il marchio Railab restano di Railab. Non puoi rivendere l'app, distribuirla modificata né usare il servizio in modo da sovraccaricarlo o aggirarne i limiti.
5. Disponibilità
Il servizio dipende dalla vasca, dalla rete del laboratorio e da fornitori esterni. Railab può interromperlo per manutenzione, cambiare o togliere funzioni e ritirare l'app senza preavviso.
6. Garanzie e responsabilità
L'app è fornita «così com'è» e «come disponibile». Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Railab non risponde di dati mancanti, in ritardo o non corretti né di danni indiretti. Restano i diritti che la legge non permette di escludere, compresi quelli del consumatore e la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
7. Modifiche
Railab può aggiornare queste condizioni. Le modifiche sono pubblicate su questa pagina con la nuova data; continuando a usare l'app dopo la pubblicazione le accetti.
8. Legge e controversie
Vale la legge italiana. Prima di tutto scrivici a [email protected]: proviamo a risolvere insieme. Per i consumatori restano il foro del proprio luogo di residenza e le tutele del Paese in cui vivono. Per chi non è consumatore è competente il foro di Brescia.

1. Who we are
FishTank is an app by Railab S.r.l., Via Adolfo Ferrata 2, 25123 Brescia, Italy, VAT IT03984120984, [email protected]. These terms apply to the app on iPhone and iPad. By using the app you accept them.
2. What the app does
Without logging in, the app shows read only the tank's values, the trend of the last 24 hours, the state of the devices, the alarms and the camera image. The data comes from the sensors and may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable.
3. Staff access
Commands and settings are reserved for staff authorised by Railab, with personal credentials. Credentials must not be shared. Every login and every change is recorded under the name of whoever makes it (see the privacy policy). Railab may suspend or revoke access at any time.
4. Licence
Railab grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the app on your devices. The app, the FishTank name and the Railab brand remain Railab's. You may not resell the app, distribute it modified, or use the service in a way that overloads it or gets around its limits.
5. Availability
The service depends on the tank, the laboratory network and external providers. Railab may interrupt it for maintenance, change or remove features and withdraw the app without notice.
6. Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Railab is not liable for missing, delayed or incorrect data or for indirect damages. Rights that the law does not allow to exclude remain, including consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes
Railab may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with the new date; by continuing to use the app after publication you accept them.
8. Law and disputes
Italian law applies. First of all, write to us at [email protected]: we will try to settle it together. Consumers keep the courts of their place of residence and the protections of the country where they live. For non-consumers the courts of Brescia have jurisdiction.
