Lithos 54 è l'app riservata ai soci di un'associazione culturale privata di Brescia. Si usa con le credenziali dell'area riservata del sito dell'associazione.
1. Chi siamo
L'app Lithos 54 è sviluppata da Railab S.r.l., Via Adolfo Ferrata 2, 25123 Brescia, P.IVA IT03984120984, [email protected], per la Loggia Lithos 54 di Brescia, che gestisce gli account e i contenuti. Usando l'app accetti queste condizioni.
2. Contenuti
Tutti i contenuti mostrati nell'app (convocazioni, comunicazioni, documenti, calendari, testi e immagini) sono di proprietà dell'associazione o dei rispettivi autori e sono riservati ai soci autorizzati in base al loro livello. Non è consentito copiarli, inoltrarli, pubblicarli o renderli accessibili a terzi, neppure tramite fotografie o catture dello schermo, senza l'autorizzazione dell'associazione.
3. Software
L'app, il suo codice sorgente e oggetto, la grafica dell'interfaccia e i servizi collegati sono di proprietà esclusiva di Railab S.r.l., che ne detiene tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale e industriale.
4. Licenza d'uso
Railab concede a ciascun socio autorizzato una licenza d'uso personale, gratuita, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile, limitata all'uso dell'app per le attività dell'associazione. Non è consentito, in tutto o in parte: copiare, distribuire, cedere, noleggiare o concedere in sublicenza l'app; modificarla o crearne opere derivate; decompilarla, disassemblarla o sottoporla a reverse engineering; aggirarne le misure di sicurezza o accedere ai servizi con mezzi diversi dall'app. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce all'utente in modo inderogabile.
La licenza termina automaticamente quando l'account del socio viene disattivato: in quel caso l'app si scollega e cancella i documenti salvati sul dispositivo.
5. Accesso e riservatezza
L'accesso è personale: le credenziali non vanno condivise. Per la sicurezza dell'associazione vengono registrati gli accessi, i documenti aperti, le adesioni e le giustificazioni, con data, ora e indirizzo IP abbreviato. Il registro è consultabile solo dagli incaricati dell'associazione e viene conservato per dodici mesi. Il resto è nell'informativa sulla privacy.
6. Versioni di prova
Le versioni di prova (TestFlight, test di Google Play) possono avere difetti, cambiare senza preavviso o essere ritirate. Usale solo per provarle.
7. Garanzia e responsabilità
L'app è fornita «così come è», a supporto delle comunicazioni dell'associazione. Date, orari e luoghi degli incontri fanno fede secondo le convocazioni ufficiali. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Railab non risponde di dati persi o non aggiornati né di danni indiretti. Restano i diritti che la legge non permette di escludere e la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
8. Modifiche
Railab può aggiornare queste condizioni. Le modifiche importanti sono pubblicate su questa pagina con la nuova data; continuando a usare l'app dopo la pubblicazione le accetti.
9. Legge e controversie
Vale la legge italiana. Prima di tutto scrivi a [email protected]. Per i consumatori restano il foro del proprio luogo di residenza e le tutele del Paese in cui vivono. Per chi non è consumatore è competente il foro di Brescia.

Lithos 54 is the app reserved for the members of a private cultural association in Brescia, Italy. It is used with the credentials of the reserved area of the association's website.
1. Who we are
The Lithos 54 app is developed by Railab S.r.l., Via Adolfo Ferrata 2, 25123 Brescia, Italy, VAT IT03984120984, [email protected], for the Loggia Lithos 54 di Brescia, which manages accounts and content. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Content
All content shown in the app (convocations, communications, documents, calendars, texts and images) belongs to the association or to the respective authors and is reserved for authorised members according to their level. You may not copy, forward, publish or make it available to others, not even through photos or screenshots, without the association's permission.
3. Software
The app, its source and object code, the interface design and the related services are the exclusive property of Railab S.r.l., which holds all intellectual and industrial property rights.
4. Licence to use
Railab grants each authorised member a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence, limited to using the app for the association's activities. You may not, in whole or in part: copy, distribute, assign, rent or sublicense the app; modify it or create derivative works; decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it; get around its security measures or access the services by means other than the app. Rights the law grants the user and that cannot be waived remain.
The licence ends automatically when the member's account is disabled: the app then signs out and deletes the documents saved on the device.
5. Access and confidentiality
Access is personal: credentials must not be shared. For the association's security, sign-ins, documents opened, attendance and absence notices are logged, with date, time and shortened IP address. The log is visible only to the association's officers and is kept for twelve months. The rest is in the privacy policy.
6. Test versions
Test versions (TestFlight, Google Play testing) may have defects, change without notice or be withdrawn. Use them only for testing.
7. Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is", to support the association's communications. Dates, times and places of meetings are those of the official convocations. To the extent the law allows, Railab is not liable for lost or outdated data or for indirect damage. Rights the law does not allow to exclude remain, as does liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes
Railab may update these terms. Important changes are published on this page with the new date; by using the app after publication you accept them.
9. Law and disputes
Italian law applies. First write to [email protected]. Consumers keep the courts of their place of residence and the protections of the country they live in. For non-consumers, the courts of Brescia have jurisdiction.
